Website maintenance and support Quadrant Investment Plc is a privately owned local logistics and life support company founded in Ethiopia in 2008, with a reputation for providing outstanding quality that continue to secure a loyal customer base. The company has developed a strong, young management team which together with the founders are committed to work within established quality procedures to provide each customer with the most reliable personalized service and dedicated to continuous development of both our people and services. Quadrant Investment P.L.C brings a fresh and innovative approach to logistic services, acting as liaison between our customer and their clients. We work closely with our customers to fully understand their business and Logistic needs and their expectations in order to provide optimum value and support.
Purpose
Quadrant Investment P.L.C. wishes to procure the above mentioned services through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, Quadrant would like to invite your organization to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms and conditions contained herein.
Request for Information
Any questions concerning this invitation must be forwarded in writing by email or by fax, to the person who prepared this document, with specific reference to this reference number prior to 5 days of the due date of submission of the proposal. No request for information will be entertained after this. The question and its response will be circulated to all the bidders, after deleting the name of the bidder who requested for the information.
Sealed proposals must be submitted latest by the date and Ethiopian local time specified below. Sealed proposals (technical and financial) received prior to the stated closing time and date will be kept unopened. Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. Quadrant will not accept any responsibility for the premature opening of the proposals not properly addressed or identified. Due to the nature of the bid, there will be no public opening of the bid.
