Diploma in secretarial science & office management from a  recognized institution

Working Experiences:

The incumbent needs to have the direct experience of receptionist-secretary position in a fast moving environmentDiploma holders:  3 years experience after graduation in a similar position;Other SkillsMust be able to operate computer efficiently;Must be fluent in English and have a legitimate handwriting;Must be able to handle fax, internet, copier and other office machine
