Executive Secretary
Job summary;
Responsible for supporting high-level executives and management or entire departments. Provide administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers and answering questions and requests.
Educational Qualification: BA. degree/ diploma in office management or secretarial science.
Work Experience: For B.A. degree a minimum of 4years experience as executive secretary or for diploma 8 years relevant experience as executive secretary preferably in business organization.
Special skills:
IT skill and experience in usage of office equipment and machinery, very good verbal and written communication skill in Amharic and English, Internet usage knowledge and experience, customer service orientation, Business correspondence, documentation and attention to details. Knowledge of any other foreign language is an advantage.
