The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, is inviting applications for the above position.
Purpose of the Post:
Under the supervision of Director of the Social Welfare Promotion Development Directorate of the MoLSA, the incumbent strengthen the technical capacities of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MoLSA) and Agencies of Labor and Social Affairs in the two regions in planning and implementing SCT; and implementing regional social protection action plans in four selected regions)
Expected Deliverables:
Management plan for the social protection minimum package in SNNPR and Oromia that includes timetable, log frame, partnership structure and M&E modalities, detailed budget breakdown
Monthly/Quarterly progress and financial reports of the implementation of the social protection programme in the region
Minutes of the various consultations with partners
Inputs to donor reports as required
Please note that the successful candidate will be hired by Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, not by UNICEF.
