General Responsibility:

Support and administer the company’s IT hardware and software.Networks, Components, server, and desktop operating system and applications and ensure high levels availability and security of the supported business applications.Specific responsibilities;

Manage all operating systems and end user softwareTroubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems on servers and workstations.Assist users with connectivity issues.Conduct failure analysis.Manage IT networking documentation and records as appropriate.Suggest, install, and administer new software systems for the company.
