Reporting Officer
SUPERVISOR: Hierarchically and functionally to the Deputy Head of Mission
PLACE OF WORK: Addis Ababa Central Office
START DATE: As soon as Possible
Job Type: Par time (second and third week of each month)
Salary: As Per the Scale of the Organization
Job Summary: Collects, edits and compiles reports of different kind
Duties:
• Ensure compiling of quality, timely and regular weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports from both the field and capital aligning with the organization’s reporting requirements.
• Ensure consistency of the quality of reports.
• Proposing and implementing changes to optimize the quality of reports.
• Ensure in compliance with the requirements of the reporting systems for preparing project reports as per the organization requirements.
• Prepare for presentation and distribution of reports to stakeholders.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as may be requested from time to time.
Qualification: A diploma or degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Journalism and Communication, Political Science and English)
Personal Qualities: The incumbent should have an excellent English writing and speaking skills.
