· Collection, analysis and presentation of information for identified areas of support and programme formulation/ implementation.
Provides effective support to the management of RAULOE programmes focusing on the achievement of the following results:
· Creation of projects in Atlas, preparation of budget revisions, revision of project award and project status, determination of unutilized funds, operational and financial closure of projects.
· Preparation of vouchers, requisitions, budget checks, and other functions on Atlas.
· Assist in the Procurement of goods and services
Provides administrative support to the RAULOE focusing on achievement of the following results:
· Coordination and provision of effective logistical support to travel, visits, meetings and workshops
· Maintenance of RAULOE files, internal and external communication and documentation.
· Maintenance of expenditure control systems, logbooks etc for the RAULOE
· Effective management of RAULOE office bills, supplies, stationery etc.
Supports resource mobilization focusing on achievement of the following results:
· Review of contributions agreements, managing contributions in Atlas.
Supports knowledge building and knowledge sharing in the CO focusing on achievement of the following results:
· Participation in trainings (including online) for the operations/ projects staff.
· Contributions to knowledge networks and communities of practice.
