Job title:- Project Engineer Main Duties: – Coordinating infrastructural works, preparation of work schedule, report in payments and any other activities that may be assigned. Qualification: - BSc., in Construction Technology Management and Civil Engineering, with at least 3 years of practical experience .No of staffs Required:- One (1)Accountable to:- Project ManagerTerms of Employment: - For the duration of the project with possibility of extension. Salary:- NegotiableJob title:- Site Engineer Main Duties: – Managing all sites works related to his/her field of expertise, planning, reporting and preparing payments based on the work progress etc.Qualification: - BSc., Advanced Diploma, Diploma (Level IV) in Construction Technology Management, Civil, Building Engineering, and related field of study with at least 2/3/5 years of practical experience respectively .No of staffs Required:- Four (4) at project sitesAccountable to:- Project Manager/ Construction HeadTerms of Employment: - For the duration of the project with possibility of extension. Salary:- Negotiable
Job title:- Office Engineer Main Duties: – Payment preparation, Reporting project Status, Scheduling, Quantity Surveying, and any other office related works as assigned. Qualification: - BSc., Advanced Diploma in Construction Technology Management, Civil, Building Engineering, and related field of study with at least 2/3 years of practical experience respectively .No of staffs Required:- 1 (One) at Head Office, Addis AbabaAccountable to:- Construction HeadTerms of Employment: - Permanent with 45 days Probation period.Salary:- NegotiableJob title:- General Forman Main Duties: – Coordinating all technical matters in the project sites, supervising implementation of construction activities executed by trade mans, which include the formwork fixation, concrete, excavation, masonry, etc.Qualification: - Diploma (Level IV) in building Construction with 5 years work experience.No of staffs Required:- Five (5) at project sitesAccountable to: - Site Engineer/Project Manager.Terms of Employment: - For the duration of the project with possibility of extension. Salary:- NegotiableJob title:- General Accountant Main Duties:- Preparing and making payments, Prepare payroll sheet and make salary and wage payments, Recording and posting financial data’s by peach tree system, Collect advance payments data and follow-up for settlements, Other related duties as assigned by Chief Finance ManagerQualification: - BA degree in Accounting from recognized University with at least three (3) years relevant experience, preferably in Construction area.No of staffs Required:- 1 (One) at Head Office, Addis AbabaAccountable to:- Chief Finance ManagerTerms of Employment: - Permanent with 45 days Probation period.Salary:- Negotiable
