1) Manager, Human Resources Management Division
Job Summary:
Accountable to the Human Resources and Facility Department Manager, the HR Division Manager has responsibility for coordinating and handling the activities spanning all the HR functions. The ideal candidate is responsible for human resource administration, recruitment, selection, performance management, promotion, training and development, benefit management, etc.
Job Grade- 10
Requirement:
Education: First Degree in Management or related field
Experience: Six years in human resources or relevant experiences
Special Consideration: Highest analytical and reporting writing and communication skill are required.
2) Manager, Facility Management Division
Job Summary:
Accountable to the Human Resources and Facility Department Manager, the Division Manager shall manage company facilities like transport management, stock management, utility management, store management, procurement, office rent management, fixed asset management, control and proper utilization of material resources of the Company.
Job Grade -10
Requirement:
Education: First Degree in Management or related field
Experience: Six years in Facility Management/General Services or relevant experiences
Special Consideration: Highest analytical and reporting writing and communication skill are required.

Proficiency in Amharic and English languages is required and knowledge of Afan Oromo is advantageous:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is an asset:
