Establishment Director in Service Line NRO reports to the Regional Head of SL NRO Program Management and is a member of Regional NRO Program Management Leadership Team.

The Establishment Director drives consistent project establishment through the application of industrialized set-up practices, adherence to set-up models and the implementation of best practices. Actively engages with Core3 during the pre-sales process (incl. input to sales handover to the CPM before TG2) and provides direct coaching and mentoring to the CPM during the establishment phase (ending at TG3).

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Ensure active contribution to sales process, project readiness and flawless execution of NRO projects while securing growth and profitability in collaboration with Account, Engagement Practice (EP), Competence Domains (CD), Business Units, Sourcing and Supply.

 

• 
  Coach & Mentor CFR/CPM, Share Global knowledge & use collaboration tools,  Help CFR/CPM set priorities during project establishment, Refresh  CFR/CPM knowledge gaps
  


• 
  Secure CPM adherence to the applicable Project Set-Up Model, Perform establishment activities with CPM (i.e. adding capacity and capability), Lead CPM in securing optimal WC days in the project, Secure CPM adherence to the appropriate resourcing strategy, Be an active member of project steering group for the assigned project, Support the CPM in protecting Ericsson’s contractual rights (i.e. Change Orders, Delays, Claims, etc), Support in negotiations with major (A)SP’s and 3PP’s
  


• 
  Secure best practice understanding and application amongst key stakeholders, Drive activities with CFR / CPM to implement / apply best practice from project start, Actively develop / identify project best practices
  


• 
  Participate in Core three Planning meeting with CFR/CORE3, Drive activities with CFR to compile / analyze cost estimate including risk exposure, Participate, when needed in tender related customer meetings, Secure CFR/ CORE3 compliance to current Sales Process and directives, Lead CFR in preparing and running Solution Deliverability Review (SDR), Drive the defining of deliverables, Change Order Process, Inspections, Acceptance and key procedures, Secure that Scope of Work is clearly defined and aligned with T&C’s, Acceptance and Invoice triggers.

  Introduce common global NRO structure and performance metrics to drive NRO financial performance and implement improvement programs and initiatives (BPP).
  

NRO Establishment Director has a profound impact on NRO Financial Performance and quality of NRO services provided to the customers.

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (IT or electrical), Business / Finance or an associated discipline, or equivalent professional experience

Experience

• 
  A minimum of 5 years of Rollout Experience and Ericsson Project Management experience, preferably with exposure to international and multi-domain projects
  


• 
  Deep experience in service delivery, and experience in pre-sales and on how to work on a competence based organization.
  


• 
  Deep experience in Sales process and contract negotiation
  


• 
  Experience in forecasting and dimensioning of delivery capacity based on business needs as well as implementation of delivery processes.

  Ability to lead a complex organization for multiple customers. Realize synergies across multiple accounts while ensuring quality.
