1--Masters Degree - Civil / Urban Planning.
2--The Infrasfructure1 asset management specialist should have not less than 15 years of International experience in developing countries and/or transitional economies. 3-- He will be the experienced infrastructural asset management specialist adviser to regional and urban local governments in the team, Experience in both the implementation of Bank-assisted projects and in land management and land reform would be an added advantage. 4-- He should be very familiar with similar projects in Sub-Saharan Africa, as well as the various land-related proclamations and laws in Ethiopia.
