Able to read functional diagrams, connection drawing, standard for installation, cable list, interconnecting list, able to perform blank test (such as voltage, resistance, and phase angle, in circuits, using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and phase rotation indicators). Able to do training of new employed workers. He has to be able to lead a team at least 20 Electricians Minimum experience in such a position: 5 years
