1-- Master's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law or any other related discipline with a professional qualification in procurement

2-- 10 or more years experience in a large private / public sector organization or projects and in handling procurement and delivering training for personnel engaged on procurement.
3-- The incumbent should be familiar with World Bank and Ethiopian Government procurement guidelines & procedures and knowledge of the Ethiopian legal instruments for procurement
Experience in Ethiopia is Must
