Job Description / Responsibility
Be capable to look after overall factory management including maintaining, directing , planning and implementing of Production, Compliance, Administration and HR issues.Management of overall health, environment, security and safety issues of the FactoryManpower allocation and utilizationMaximum production capacity utilizationPlay the role of team leader.Liaison with Management in respect of day to day Workers/ labor matters.Keeping liaison with local Govt. Authority, suppliers, Law and order enforcing agencies as and when required.Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary
