Description : Under the direction of the Chief Resident Engineer:
• Definition of an appropriate system for documents handling and work progress monitoring
• Review of shop drawings and verification of their compliance with the Detailed Design drawings
• Assistance to the Resident Engineer for the review of the Bill of Principal Quantities of the Permanent Works and for verification, with the contribution of Quantity Surveyor and all concerned Engineer’s supervisors, of the applications for interim payment certificates issued by the Contractor.
• Inspection at the Project site and certification of accomplishment of civil works by the Contractor, as a function of the Bill of Principal Quantities of the Permanent Works
• Preparation of minutes of Meeting.
• Assistance in the review of claims and of supporting data and in the preparation of evaluation reports.
• Assistance to the Resident Project Manager in all phases of Construction and erection supervision and of quality control at site.
• Verification of the as-built drawings
• Program of the works.

Applicants should have a university degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years?expereince in the hydro power & dams sector including DESIGN.
