Duties and responsibilities

• Analyzing the nature of transaction and codding transaction

• Recording and posting transactions

• Preparing payroll

• Preparing payment and sales voucher

• Recording payment complying to tax and accounting procedure

• Preparing tax return monthly

• Complying cost data for import

• Follow up bank transactions

• Reconciling bank account monthly and follow up outstanding balance

• Preparing month report for your supervisor

• Preparing product pricing

• Taking inventor and cash count s required

• Supporting external auditors

• Follow up customer account and peruse for collection

• Done other duties as per your supervisor instruction

Skill: Computer literate and can work comfortably with MS windows application
