The company develops and manufactures telecommunications equipment for fixed, mobile, data and optical networks, intelligent networks as well as mobile phones. ZTE (H.K) Limited Ethiopian Branch is inviting qualified applicants for the following vacant position for employment:

Position: Junior Engineer and Engineer (Required Number: 6)

Department: After Sales

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Salary: negotiation

Major Responsibilities:

• System maintenance of service software product (hardware and software)


• Project implementation and cooperation


• According to check items, monitor the system hardware and software, provide the feedback of malfunction effectively and independently


• Troubleshoot and solve the simple malfunction effectively and independently


• Participate the migration of IP network and make service available for broadband customers


• Cooperate with other product engineers for the joint works


• Build good relationship with customers and improve the technique ability customers. Help customers build confidence on quality of ZTE’s service software product


• Improve the technique and knowledge of service software product all the time and endeavor to be a real expert on service software product


• Work effectively and harmoniously with teammates both local and Chinese, and make the team strong and successful


• Finish the daily work reports, weekly work reports, and monthly working experience summarization effectively and in time


• Fulfill other maintenance and project related jobs assigned by supervisor

Required Qualification and experience, BSC degree in Electrical Engineer, Computer Engineering, and related filed. 1-3 years of related work experience

• Able to work under pressure


• Active work attitude


• Good English communication


• Willing to work overtime


• Consciousness of team cooperation is highly recommended.
