Purpose of the job
The Maintenance Facilitator will support the Op.Co. Maintenance Manager on the following topics:Streamlining spare parts managementStandardize and improve maintenance plans and executionsLiaison with supply chain financial controllers in budget control, maintenance cost reporting and development of landed costsImplementation of maintenance KPIsPlanning, executing and controlling local capex projectsKey Responsibilities
Spare parts management
Ensure end-to-end order tracking is implemented and updated regularly for spare parts sourcingIn coordination with brewery spare parts supervisors and maintenance engineers, ensure that MRP is implemented for all spare partsAct as a point person in spare parts purchasing by supporting the purchasing team technically (local and foreign purchases)Ensure maintenance plans are aligned with spare parts availability e.g. in a software system like CMMSAssist the brewery spare parts supervisors in implementing spare parts specific CMMSMaintenance planning and execution
Ensure that maintenance plans and execution methods are standardized across the Op.Co. by use of TPM tools and methodologiesAscertain that RCFAs are reflected in the CILTs and PM plans and that these plans are updated regularly through experiences developed at the breweriesSupport the breweries in implementation of CMMSSupport the Op.Co. maintenance manager in aligning overhauls, audits and other interventions with brewery and Op.Co. planningFinancial reporting
Align with Import and Export and finance to timely expedite landed costs for all spare parts purchasesTogether with SP supervisors and SC financial controllers, report monthly and YTD maintenance expendituresFollow up the planning and financial development of local CAPEX and report to relevant stakeholdersMaintenance KPIs
Support the Op.Co. Maintenance manager to develop priority KPIs for maintenance and drive the implementationSynthesize and report maintenance KPIs into BCS according to definitionsUse maintenance KPIs as inputs for improvements in the maintenance organizations of the breweriesLocal CAPEX
Support the Op.Co. Maintenance Manager in following up the progress of local CAPEX projectsControl the schedules and finances of local CAPEX projects

Education: B.Sc. degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with 2 years’ experience in maintenance and/or project management setup
Language: very good command of English and Amharic
Computers: MS office (strong in excel, project management)
Special conditions Available, in case of emergencies, 24/7 Willing to travel frequently to the breweries and abroad
