Research-inspired Policy and Practice Learning in Ethiopia (RiPPLE) is an Ethiopian Resident Charity organization serving as a resource center and knowledge management unit for WaSH and related sectors, including rainwater harvesting and climate adaptation. RiPPLE works towards evidence-based learning in WaSH and related sectors through knowledge generation, action research, documentation of best practices and dissemination, policy engagement and capacity development.
RiPPLE is currently implementing a UNICEF-WASH project which focuses on school and community WASH interventions and the promotion of Multiple Use water Services (MUS). The project targets a total of 30 Woredas in Amhara, Oromia, SNNPR and Tigray regions.
RiPPLE now wishes to utilize part of the financing from UNICEF to procure materials and consultancy services equipped with the required technical skills, to strengthen Regional WaSH resource centers that are operational in the four regions of Amhara, Tigray, Oromia and SNNP.
In view of the above, RiPPLE is seeking a qualified consultancy service providers and competent material suppliers to undertake the assignment.
Interested firms with extensive experience in the areas of IT materials supply and knowledge centers establishment are invited to collect the detailed TOR of the assignment from RiPPLE head office and to submit their technical and financial proposals in separate and sealed envelopes within 10 calendars days from the first date of this announcement.
